Create a process in Gluu's web app to link work activities to organizational roles, then add your work instructions, tasks and team members.
This app then lets everyone see which tasks to do when - and to log them as done with a single touch.It works like this...1.
Create an account on www.gluu.biz2.
Create your own process with at least one activity and role3.
Add a work instruction and a few tasks4.
Give the relevant role to a user5.
Let the user download this app and sign in to start logging tasks as complete.
The process owner is then notified by email if tasks are not done in time and can review the full history over time.
